What is the Move Your Body Program?
The Move Your Body Program is your first step into creating new habits. Each day you'll commit to moving your body in any way starting for at least one minute. Then you'll mark it off in your tracker. That's it!
What's your committment?
By committing to move your body for at least one minute a day for 60 days in a row, you will see that you are capable of keeping promises to yourself. With new confidence and tools, you'll discover that you are able to continue creating habits that stick.

My Journey
On May 1, 2020, I ran for one minute. On May 2, I ran for two minutes. I added one minute of running for the next 66 days. Here's what happened next. I decided 30 minutes was the minimum I wanted to move my body. I learned that I didn't love to run and started adding swimming and walking. For 245 days, I moved my body in some way (mostly walking) for at least 30 minutes. Over the next 365, I continued with only missing about 15 days. Now I move almost every single day. It is part of my identity. I don't track anymore or worry if I miss a day here and there. In the past few months, I have started attending a boot camp 3-4 days per week and I walk on the other days. Did you see that I started right where you are now? A few months into the journey I started a free group on Marco Polo to cheer on anyone else who wanted some accountability with their habits. From there, the 90-day movement challenge was born. After running the challenge 3 times, I've turned it into a program to give you even more benefits.

I will send you texts throughout the 60 days together to motivate you and provide any support that you may need. I will have tech support available to help you set this up if it gives you any trouble. But trust me, it's easy and will be great accountability!
2 Group Coaching Calls
This is new and I'm so excited about it. We will meet together once each month on a zoom call and you'll get to experience what it's like to have a coach in your corner. You can come with any questions or concerns and I will help you. Or you can come to observe others being coached live by me. Being in a community is so important.

Do I really only have to move for one minute?The short answer is YES. One of the main purposes of this program is to start keeping promises to yourself. If I asked you out of the gate to give me 60 minutes a day of hard core exercise, you would have a harder time succeeding. Do I want you to move for more than 1 minute? YES! But, to get credit and mark you tracker as complete for the day, you only need one minute.

Will I lose weight?This is not a weight loss program. Weight loss mainly comes from making changes to your nutrition. If you are already on that journey, adding movement can only help. Most women look the same on the outside when they finish. But, they are completely changed on the inside. This program will help you make those small promises each day that will lead to lasting impact in more than one way in your life.

I'm pretty introverted, do I have to be on the coaching calls?The calls will be recorded for you to watch at a later time and if you want to show up and keep your camera off and just observe, that is also an option. Many times someone will ask a question that you also have. However, I really want to help you so if you don't want to take advantage of the included group coaching calls, upgrade to the 1:1 session might make sense for you.
